Dear valued partners, We'd like to keep you updated on the latest on East Bali's Mount Agung Volcano. - Mt. Agung's alert status has risen to red and started a fiery eruption at 2114h local time, with a northwards lava flow. The exclusion zone remains at 4km but is expected to increase tomorrow.
- While Bali Denpasar airport (DPS) remains open we expect possible flight interruptions over the coming days depending on wind direction and ash fall.
- We are in touch with all clients and assisting them as necessary
- Given the size of tonight's eruption and the lava flow, we cannot yet assess what excursions will be possible tomorrow in the areas near the volcano. The area between Kuta and Ubud will be untouched for programs and those excursions will operate normally.
- We will continue to closely monitor the situation and update you promptly in case of any changes affecting touring for our clients.
