Hoteliers know that their guests are moving slowly towards using voice-led technology to search, shop and buy products of all sorts, so it's only a matter of time before they expect the same level of engagement when they stay at a property. These last few weeks have also seen much debate over the usefulness (or not) of both blockchain and artificial intelligence.
