Knowledgeable agents can ease travelers' doubts
Between terror attacks, natural disasters and a slew of other things that can go wrong while traveling, it's normal for clients to have doubts about taking trips. Agents must be well-informed about destinations so they can educate travelers and encourage them to see the world, according to Mo Noubani, president and founder of the Travel Box International in Orlando.
