| | EXO TRAVEL UPDATE ON BALI'S AGUNG VOLCANO | Dear valued partners, As East Bali's Mount Agung Volcano is continuing to erupt, we'd like to give you an update of the situation there: - Authorities have raised the alert level from III to IV and widened the radius of the evacuation zone from to 10-12.5km from the crater.
- Ash fall is occurring in some parts of East Bali. West and South Bali and their major tourist attractions are currently unaffected.
- Denpasar's Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) as well as Lombok International Airport (LOP) have been closed until further notice.
- We expect an update on the airports' status around 07:00 local time tomorrow, Tuesday 28 November.
- All clients have been moved from East Bali and no tours or stays are taking place near affected areas (Candidasa, Manggis, Sideman, Amed, Mount Batur, Batur Lake, Kehen, Basakih Temple, Penglipuran, Klungkung, Telaga Waja River).
- Should ash fall spread, face masks will be provided to all our clients.
- An EXO Travel customer service team is on hand at Ngurah Rai International Airport to assist guests
- All guests in Bali are safe and in touch with EXO Travel
