A back pocket swap to an avocado toast classic.

Recently, I was on the prowl for a new recipe that would help mix up my avocado toast habit.   Cue this deeply flavorful, back pocket shakshuka recipe.   Featuring a mix of North African and Middle Eastern flavors, it's the perfect dish to whip up in a flash when you literally have nothing left in your pantry other than tomatoes and bell peppers. If you're not in the mood to make an entire sheet pan's worth of these crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth flavor bombs, you can still make the shakshuka separately in a cast iron skillet, the bread slices separately, and then combine afterwards!   P.S.
