Turkey Resuming Issuance of Visas to US Citizens

Three months ago US diplomatic employees were detained in Turkey with that country claiming there were links to US-based cleric Fethullah Gulen whom it says was responsible for the July 2016 coup attempt against Turkish strongman President ErdoฤŸan. The US suspended visa services in the country as a result, and Turkey retaliated.

Today the US announced that it has resumed issuing visas in Turkey. And Turkey is lifting its restrictions as well.

All State Drivers Licenses Will Be Accepted by TSA At Least Until October 1, 2020

The TSA has posted signs at airports saying that people living in several states will no longer be able to use drivers licenses to clear security effective January 22, 2018.

Now the TSA finally confirms what I wrote two months ago: "U.S. residents in all states can use old driver's licenses until Oct. 1, 2020."

A-List is normally earned after 25 flights or 35,000 points. They'll sell you up to 15,000 points towards this goal.

Without a Big Order Soon Airbus Will End the A380 Program

The Airbus A380 is popular with customers for its spaciousness, although airlines are just now starting to really squeeze passengers into it like never before. However it's never been popular with very many airlines.

The plane may have cost $25 billion just to develop, but they've only delivered 217 of them -- about half to Emirates. Emirates has a few dozen more on order was on the verge of buying more at the Dubai Air Show but backed out over Airbus' unwilling to place guarantees on the program and the future of the planes and an inability to get the deal they wanted on a new engine.
