I've been seeing a trend from China emerge across the world, where they're eating "white people food" — and the internet has thoughts about it. Apparently, it's become a trend because of the "minimalist" design, AKA super simple lunches for busy work days. But others describe it as "torture" or even "lunch of suffering." I feel called out...but also accurate 😩.         @emodog98     Grimes Is At It Again   You know Grimes — Elon's ex, musician, and chronic tweeter. Her latest featured a photo of her new tattoos, along with a cryptic message about changing her body from "the way God made it." People couldn't help but dunk on it, even sharing silly tattoos with the same message. (Whether they're real tattoos or not, I can't be sure, but I kind of hope so?) From minions to a surprising amount of Garfield-themed tats, they're kind of hilarious...although not sure how Grimes feels. But for real, this is how she sounds rn!         @romeocenten0     A Canon Event   The new Spiderman movie has everyone thinking everything is a "canon event" and it's spreading like wildfire on TikTok. Basically, a canon event is something that's unchangeable and spans multiverses — it's always going to happen, no matter what. So people are applying that concept to the things that happen to them, from a quintessential quince quarrel to watching a toxic pair hook up to the universal struggle of puberty. We may not like it, but hey, it's canon! What can you do.         @thekerrywashington     The Heebie Jeebies   Gina Rodriguez is no stranger to online snafus — we must never forget the "let's research mama" moment — and one Instagram story is coming back to haunt her. In 2019, she posted a video of her singing the n-word, which she apologized for, but clearly no one has forgotten. This week, fellow actor Kerry Washington posted a dancing TikTok featuring Gina (and other actors Elle Fanning and Janelle James) and the comments are full of references to the event. Oh, Gina, I don't think you'll ever live this down.
