Naan bowls are such a clever hack that I'm kicking myself for not discovering sooner! It might be hard to get the right bowl shape: the bowl stacking technique in this recipe isn't perfect, but still a fun recipe to try out! It probably would work if you have a ton of leftover naan, but ditto on reheating them!

If you're looking for a soup-based curry, look no further than this Nigerian-inspired dish! But, if you're used to thicker curries, worry not! You can add some uncooked grains (read: lentils, quinoa, etc.) to amp up the sauce to your preferred consistency!
