This is a really momentous occassion for us. In addition to celebrating 25 years of EXO, we'll also be celebrating the 15th anniversary of EXO Thailand. In remembrance of our early days, we've created a series of podcasts called EXO Memories. Sporting 'EXO Active' shirts, they're also showing off our refillable water bottles which we proudly developed to mitigate plastic waste issues here in Asia.  EXO Academy | Reaching New Heights Together! — Now in it's 9th year, EXO Academy (EA), our personal-development masterclass series, is underway. Led by our Director of People Development, Scott Coates, sessions are designed to foster creativity, innovation, connectedness and team alignment. EXO's more than 900 team members will all challenge themselves and experience EA throughout 2018.
