With this in mind, we are very pleased to announce the launch of our new centralised agent contact point for issues on the ground, EXO Care.
While we always aim for flawless experiences, issues can and do arise. Once they do, please utilise the EXO Care contact to obtain the fast and complete resolution you're looking for. EXO Care will provide you a central contact to raise operational issues concerning customers on the ground. Any problem that may have arisen during an EXO trip and commented on by your clients should be sent to care@exotravel.com. The issues are ticketed, recorded and categorised at Head Office and then assigned to the right persons to take care in each country. Our country teams concerned will treat customer care issues as priority and investigate and reply until the issue is fully resolved. The whole process will be monitored by our Head Office. EXO Care will help us to ensure your client's experience in our countries keep improving. Our end goal is to resolve issues in an efficient and timely manner and to utilise the feedback provided to anticipate and eliminate possible causes of problems in the future before they happen.
