Overbooking happens for ships, too
Since cruises, unlike airlines and hotels, rarely have cancellations or no-shows, it's hard to understand how overselling can occur.
Empress of the Seas makes first call in Havana

After returning to Miami, the Empress will reposition to Tampa for the summer season, offering four, five and six-night sailings that include day and overnight visits to Havana.
