We've got some exciting news to share! Behind the scenes, we've been working hard to create a brand new website to better reflect EXO Travel's image, commitment to innovation and passion for excellence.
The fruits of our labour have finally come to bear and our shiny new EXOTravel.com website has just been launched!
We've made some big changes. In addition to being visually stunning, we've made it easier than ever for you to access our products and services and to connect with us.
Don't just take our word for it...go and check it out yourself! To highlight some of the changes, here are the major improvements we've made: - Improved security with personal accounts: Previously we asked all clients to log into our website using a Username and Password for all staff. For security, clients are now asked to log in with their individual email addresses and the password of their parent company; this will prompt a reset in which they will create their own unique password.
- Direct back office integration: Agents who have been set up to access EXO Connect can view rates and book hotels and day tours directly. Once logged in, simply click 'Rates and Bookings' on any hotel or experience detail page. For those without this booking access, please contact exoconnect@exotravel.com.
- The New Agent Hub: We offer the same travel tools and services from our former TravelTrade site with faster load times and quicker access to the information you need.
- EXO Connect: Located inside our Agent Hub, EXO Connect provides full access to online account tools enabling online bookings, tariff information, financial statements and more. Again, for those without this booking access please contact exoconnect@exotravel.com.
- Redesigned interface: A new interface provides easy access to all the information and products you need. Detailed filtering makes it simple to access the exact products and information you're looking for.
- Beyond EXO Travel: We now have dedicated pages to both EXO Adventure and EXO Events, providing access to their full range of offerings.
