The World Travel & Tourism Council, together with the UN Climate Change (UNFCCC), are launching a Climate and Environment Action Forum that will bring together industry leaders, climate experts and others to identify how the sector can take urgent action to contribute to the implementation of the Paris Agreement, and how to develop models to facilitate such action.
The event will be chaired by Felipe Calderon, former President of Mexico and Honorary Chair of the New Climate Economy, and attended by CEOs from the sector as well as leading academics, experts and governments to identify how the sector can take tangible action.
