This is good for you…

Beyond the stars: Denmarks new Michelin restaurants and other goodies for your soul.

A real recipe for happiness
We are VERY glad Valentine's Day is over. It's just one day after all.  And 24 hours of TLC is frankly not enough to get us Danes through the winter. Now the flowers and chocolates are out of the way, we can get down to the real business of treating ourselves (and those we love) with everything we know really IS good for the soul. Quality time. Good food. New adventures. And would you believe it, booking a holiday. It's scientifically proven!

Food is good for your soul

The stars are out again in Denmark. Last night our fabulous food scene earned a whopping 33 Michelin stars. Not bad for a bite-sized country! Noma is back and there's a new star (Alouette, captured by @perolavsolvberg) in the capital.

Tip from the locals

Did you know that hot dog stands on the street are an authentically Danish food experience? You can even tuck straight in at Copenhagen Airport before getting your bags off the belt! (Photo: @madaboutcopenhagen)
